"Sarah has a gift of healing hands which transpires into a wonderful
lymphatic massage experience. She has the ability of making you feel
relaxed and comfortable the moment you walk into the room. I trust in
Sarah's ability to help treat my lymphoedema.  I highly recommend Sarah for

Oncology Massage
My name is Dennis and I am a cancer patient at The Flinder's Cancer Clinic; this is where I met Sarah,as she provides massage to patients in the Chemotherapy infusion suite.
After having Sarah massage my feet and hands for muscle and tendon pain, which is attributed to various chemotherapy treatments, within a short period of time, and with the limited time Sarah was able to spend with each chemo patient in the Infusion ward, I was noticing a vast improvement in pain relief and my well being. for this reason I am now visiting Sarah in her clinic on a weekly basis, and find this has been extremely beneficial to my current condition.I am now able to sleep through the night pain free and am not needing so much pain relieving medication..... my life as a cancer patient has become much much more tolerable and I don't know what I would have done if Sarah was not there to treat my chemo related pain.
I can't thank Sarah enough.

Remedial Massage/ Bowen

A series of work related back injuries in the late 1980s and early 1990s and  finally a career ending injury to the lumbar spine resulted in a partial discectomy in 1997 left me on a number of pain relieving  and anti inflammatory medications yet still suffering a decline in strength, mobility and flexibility. My weight rose sharply and my decline became more rapid. By 2009 I had to reduce my medications due to other resulting health issues and my body felt like a block of concrete. I had regular physio, chiropractic and did hydrotherapy and Pilates which helped to slow the decline. In 2010 as a "last resort" I went to Sarah ( who had been recommended by my cousin) and after several treatments noticed an improvement in my flexibility. I continued with my monthly chiro and massage/Bowen sessions and was able to increase my hydrotherapy sessions, my improvement rate increased and each massage saw a subsequent improvement in muscle function strength and definition. I have continued ti improve slowly and have lost 17 kilos, my walking and general joint function has improved and my health is now at a manageable level.
I have found the missing piece of the puzzle for my condition and have the expectation of continuing improvement after more than a decade of thinking that I would only get worse . My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.
